Frequently Asked Questions

Do you rent to individuals, or only businesses?
We will rent to businesses or individuals over the age of 18.
    
Do you do rent-to-own arrangements?
No. We only do short-term rentals, up to 14 days. 

What if I need the projector for part of a weekend?

A one-time additional $50 will be added to weekend projector rentals.  The projector can only be picked up and returned on business days.
    
What is the rental period?
You will be charged for the day that you use the projector.  The projector will be available for pickup on the prior end of business day.  The projector needs to be dropped off before 12pm after the scheduled day, or you might incur an additional day fee. 
    
Do you provide same day rentals?
If our projector is currently not rented, we can offer same day rentals.  However, there is an additional $25 fee.

Projector availability?
We try not to double book our projector.  However, if equipment is not returned on time or is returned damaged from a prior booking, we may be unable to provide the equipment on time to the next scheduled client(s).  If this happens, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as we learn of an issue.

 How do you handle late returns?
All late returns will be charged the full 1-day rental price for each day past the scheduled return date.  Therefore, it is important that you return the equipment as scheduled.  Please call 248-841-8795 if there will be any change in the return date.
    
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.  If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged half the daily rate ($20 for a ½ day rental, $37.50 for a full day rental) in addition to the non-refundable $25 reservation fee.

Do you provide half-day rentals?
Yes, we provide half-day rentals for $50.  For a morning rental – The projector can be picked up at the end of the previous business day.  The projector has to be dropped off by 2pm on the scheduled day.   For an afternoon rental, the projector can be picked up by 10am.  The projector has to be dropped off on the morning of the following day.
    
Do you require your customers to carry insurance on the equipment?
No. However, we will bill your credit card for any damage to the projector.  Also, you will be charged a replacement cost for the projector (including remote control, carrying case and cables) if it is lost or stolen while under your care.  

What happens if I am late returning the unit?
If you keep the projector for extra days, we will continue to charge a rental fee at the projector's daily rate.
    
Where do I pick up and drop off the projector?
We only rent the projector to locations local to Rochester / Rochester Hills, MI.   A convenient location will be determined at the time of the reservation.

What contracts do I need to sign?
You will need to sign and return the Agreement form before we proceed with the order. 

What does the projector come with?

The projector comes with a carrying case, remote control, power cord and computer cable. 
    
Do you rent projector screens?

No.

What if I have trouble setting up the projector?

The Epson projector has an easy setup, but if you have trouble with the projector, you can call us at 248-841-8795 or call the Epson Technical Support.

What happens if there is a problem with the projector?
Our projector is fully tested before and after we deliver it, but if you experience a problem with the projector, call us at 248-841-8795.  If the projector cannot be fixed, we will refund your money.
